Medici is a private financial analysis and operational support application used by Mike / Mihail Munteanu and affiliated businesses.
By authorizing Medici to access QuickBooks Online data, the user agrees to these Terms of Use.
Medici is intended for lawful internal business use, including:
Medici provides analysis, support, recommendations, and workflow assistance. It does not guarantee any tax, legal, financial, or business outcome.
Users remain responsible for reviewing all filings, accounting treatments, and business decisions before implementation or submission.
The authorized user is responsible for:
QuickBooks access is intended to be used for internal financial review and related analysis. Access may include accounting records, transactions, invoices, reports, and other business data necessary for those purposes.
The user may not use Medici for unlawful purposes or to violate applicable law, contractual obligations, or third-party platform rules.
Access to Medici and connected services may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.
Use of Medici may involve third-party platforms, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and OpenAI-powered tooling. Those services remain subject to their own terms and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medici is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. The user assumes responsibility for the review and use of outputs.
Access may be revoked by the authorized user at any time by disconnecting the application from QuickBooks Online or discontinuing use.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at the same public URL.
